Winemaking notes
This wine was made from Shiraz grapes grown in the cool maritime climate in Mount Benson. Gentle basket pressing of the berries helps to preserve the peppery and fruity varietal characters of Shiraz grown in the coastal region. The small berries give rich flavour to this soft, fresh style.
