2006 Shiraz

Winemaking notes
The grapes used for this wine were grown in the Mount Benson region in the Limestone Coast. The climate in this region is controlled by the cool Southern Ocean meaning lower summer temperatures but long sunny days. This gives rise to rich and intense flavours but maintains spicy, peppery notes. Gentle oak maturation enhances these characters and gives a wine that is rich and tasty and a great accompaniment to a meal.
