Winemaking notes
High quality parcels of fruit from across the Limestone Coast were chosen to make this wine. A combination of French and American barrels were selected to suit each wine batch. The final blend brings together the freshness of current vintage and the complexity of older wines, and has produced a wine that has deep colour, rich aromas and soft fruit flavours.
